Software Developer (Desktop & Web Applications)

Job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop (Windows) and web applications for business and healthcare clients
• Design databases, write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures and reports
• Integrate hardware and services such as barcode printers, laboratory analyzers, SMS gateways and APIs
• Fix bugs, improve performance and add new features to existing systems
• Deploy applications and support clients during installation, training and go-live
• Write clear technical documentation

Educational requirements

• B.Sc. in CSE or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience

Requirements & skills

• B.Sc. in CSE or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience building desktop and/or web applications
• Strong object-oriented programming skills (C# / .NET preferred)
• Good knowledge of SQL Server or another relational database
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core or a similar web framework
• Familiarity with Git and basic deployment on Windows servers / IIS
• Ability to communicate with clients and understand business workflows

Nice to have

• Report designing (RDLC, Crystal Reports or similar)
• Experience with hospital, LIS, ERP or accounting software
• Device integration (serial/TCP, HL7/ASTM for lab analyzers)
